Mobile notarization services are available to almost all forms of businesses including but not limited to homeowner associations, real estate, adoption paperwork, hospitals, title companies, corporate board rooms as well as jails and prisons.

  • MOBILE REAL ESTATE DOCUMENT SIGNING

    • California law requires that a right thumbprint be obtained for each of the following real estate documents:

    • Deed

    • Quickclaim Deed

    • Deed of trust

    • Power of Attorney

    • Notaries can only certify copies of Powers of Attorneys.

    • A notary may issue confidential marriage licenses if they have made an application to do so and are authorized by the county clerk.

    • Mobile Notary Public fee State of California has an established maximum fees for Notarial Services. All of our fees follow to all notary service fee regulations.

    • Always proof of identification require with all notary signing parties.

    • Please make sure if a notary witness’s are required please be sure to arrange to have them present when notary arrives.

    • All notary mobile traveling fee’s are not part or specified as part of the notarization. It is a notary service traveling fee only.

    • Travel fees and other document fees may vary, we’re a traveling notary so we charge a moderate travel fee depending on mileage

    • WE DO NOT GIVE ANY TYPE OF LEGAL ADVICE

    • Our travel fee $50.00 to $150.00 within 35 miles radius to Service all Hospitals – Nursing Homes – Assisted living facilities, Senior Centers, universities, College Community, town & Country Facilities. Our mobile travel fee plus $15.00 per document per notarized document signature signing.

    • Excessive waiting times more than 25 minutes  – additional cost $35.00

 

  • ID REQUIREMENTS:

    • Each signer must present at least one of the forms of ID listed below. The ID must be current or, If expired, have been issued the last 5 years; contain the signer's photograph, personal description, and signature; and accepted a serial or other identifying number.

  • ACCEPTABLE ID'S:

    • Driver's License or nondriver's ID card issued by U.S.A

    • U.S. Passport.

    • U.S. Military ID Card that contains all required elements stated above, (The common Access Card CAC is not acceptable).

    • Driver's License issued in Mexico or Canada.

    • Foreign Passport stamped by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

    • Inmate ID Issued by the California Dept. of Corrections.

    • For any reason if a signer cannot be completed the notarization the travel fee will be charged on arrival. This payment will cover for driving time and fuel expenses
